This Saturday was my first day of summer break! Ironically, the night before I got a call from the hubs informing me he wouldn’t be getting off shift (he’s a firefighter) and everyone was being held on because of the crazy hot weather. I was initially disappointed that he wouldn’t be arriving home Saturday morning to hang out with us, but I’ve learned to go with the flow.

So little man and I had a fun day running errands and having lunch with my mom. My mom snapped this picture of our coordinating outfits… This tank from Banana Republic Factory is so comfy, and I wore my (day 3) hair up to show off the back.

I know Mike will be home soon, and I’m choosing to cherish this one-on-one time with my little boy. He’s the cutest thing I ever did see! I hope you are enjoying your Saturday too!
