top (Marshall’s), jeans, sandals, sunglasses

We’ve been using Mondays as our unofficial day date, and usually go out to lunch and enjoy an uninterrupted conversation. It’s so nice to carve out a little time together, even though we’re not really alone. Having kids can be so tough on a relationship, but we’re working on making time for each other.

I also love Mondays because it’s an excuse to get dressed and look good for my hubs. I don’t bother with too much makeup, but I do have fun picking out my outfit. You can’t go wrong with florals, really any time of the year, and I found this top at Marshall’s for $13. Such a good deal! I love the blue and think it’s really just a pretty top. I’ve been wearing these white jeans from Loft so much lately, and I love the cut hem. You’ve also probably seen these wedges too much, but they’re so comfy and versatile that I can wear them with a lot!
