Happy Friday, friends! We made it 🙂 I’m thoroughly enjoying summer break, but our days have been packed and I’m actually looking forward to the weekend and relaxing. We just got back from Lake Tahoe, so this week’s edition is based on that.

I picked up this floppy hat from Target last week in preparation for our vacation to Tahoe. I tried on a bunch of hats and this one was a perfect balance between chic and practical. I also wanted a hat hat would “go” with my bathing suits (ladies, you know what I’m talking about)! I got so much protection from this baby, which is super important to me. I’m trying to keep my skin wrinkle-free and take care of myself.

If you follow me on Instagram (@sheknowschic) then you might have seen the photo of my latest sunglasses finds at Marshall’s. I found this black Steve Madden pair for $10! I love my other expensive sunglasses, but it’s fun to try out new styles, especially at that price. I couldn’t find the exact pair I got, but I did find these Steven Madden sunglasses and I love them, too!

I wore this black long tank from Forever 21 every day down to the beach (similar here). It is the best coverup I own! I love this one from Forever 21 too, and I’ll probably snag it soon. I love the fun back that shows off some skin, but in a way I’m totally comfortable with. Since becoming a mother, my modesty level has skyrocketed. 😉
