For this week’s Friday Favorites, I’m sharing 7 must have ruffle tops below.  A few of them made it into my shopping cart when I was writing this post

1. Hot Pink Crop Top with Ruffle Sleeve– This top is so cute and would look perfect with high waited jeans or a pencil skirt.
2. Floral Pintucked Flutter sleeve Top–   I love everything about this top! The details on the sleeves are to die for and the pattern makes this top even more perfect. 
3. Striped Ruffle Off the Shoulder Top– This is a great casual option with the peplum along the bottom. It will be great for the warm summer weather!
4. One Shoulder Blouse– This top combines two trends: ruffles and one shoulder. It would look perfect with white jeans and wedges and a summer tan!
5. T-Shirt with Lace ruffles– I just love the vibrant color of this top! It’s so fun and even though there’s a lot going on with the lace, ruffles, and neckline, it definitely makes an outfit!
6. One Shoulder Ruffle Top– This is another great affordable option, and I think this would be a great top for the Fourth of July. 
7. Gingham Ruffle Cold Shoulder Top– Gingham will never go out of style and it is a spring and summer staple. This top is lightweight and the ruffles are so romantic.

1. Distressed Denim JacketI don’t know about you, but during the warmer months a denim jacket is my go-to layering piece. It looks great with almost every outfit, including dresses. When I saw this one, I knew I had to have it because it is distressed, and I don’t have any distressed jackets. It’s even better in person!
2. Split-Neck Cocoon BlouseThis split neck top is lightweight and so easy to wear. I’ll be wearing it now with jeans but as soon as it’s warmer it will look great with shorts. I love the black and white pattern on it, and think it looks great paired with pops of color!
3. Cutout Shoulder TopThe cold-shoulder trend isn’t going away anytime soon, and this cutout-shoulder top is perfect. The bottom of the sleeves have a little twist to them, which makes this top unique. Plus, the fabric is super soft and stretchy.
4. High Rise Rockstar JeansYou may have seen my post here about these jeans, and I can’t stop singing their praises! The high rise is perfect and keeps everything looking smooth in the tummy area. The color and distressing are perfect. They’re a little long on me (I’m 5’4″) but they look just as cute cuffed up.
5. Laser-cut Peep Toed SandalsI just about died when I saw these sandals! How cute are they?! I’m a huge fan of nude shoes because I’m convinced I look taller when I wear them These flats are so comfy and versatile- I’ve worn them with jeans but am planning outfits with shorts and dresses.

1. The ipsy bag & Tarte lip paint. If you haven’t heard of ipsy, it’s a monthly subscription of samples of beauty products. I love makeup so it’s fun to try out new trends, and I’ve definitely found some items that I’d actually buy again. When I first started getting the bags each month, I wasn’t too impressed because it had a bunch of face products, and I’m really pick about what I use for my face. I stick with what I know works and am not into the newest cleansers. However, I started logging in and reviewing my bag (it took 2 minutes) and now I get mostly makeup, which is what interests me most. It’s a fun little monthly treat that costs about $10, and you get cute bags each month. I’ve been able to find a million uses for these little bags! 2. My Cabine candle. I did a post last week about spring decor, and this soy candle was part of it. I have the Amber, Teakwood, and Leather candle and it smells so good. Even my hubby was impressed! 3. Alex & Ani bracelets. These bracelets are so fun and there are a million different styles. They remind me of the old charm bracelets, but updated. They have a bracelet for every occasion, and they just look better the more you wear!
4. Dock-A-Tot. Where was this when I had Ben? Charlotte took a minute to warm up to the Dock-A-Tot, but now she loves it! I love it because I can move it around the house. I haven’t used it for co-sleeping yet, but I plan to! Something about how it “hugs” the baby must be comforting. Love!
5. This man. What else can I say? He’s just so good. This week I pushed it a little too much physically (still recovering I guess, whoops) and he was there every step of the way to take care of me and do all that he could around the house and with the kids. Sometimes I hate his fire schedule with him being gone for three days straight. But on the flip side, I get him for four straight days and that’s pretty amazing! We are so lucky he’s ours.

Today I’m sharing some of my favorite things that I’ve been enjoying or eyeing. It’s a little different than my usual outfit post, but there’s a lot more to my life.

1. This coffee mug: I picked up this adorable mug at Target and it’s perfect for Valentine’s Day. If there’s a coffee lover in your life you need to get them this! Target also has a ton of other love-themed mugs. 
2. I have been obsessed with this Burt’s Bees Mama Oil since my friend recommended it to me! I have been religiously using cocoa butter or this oil my entire pregnancy, and no stretch marks yet. Lately, it’s all about this oil though! The almond-lemon scent is the most amazing smell and I just want to take a bath in it! I put it on every night after I get out of the shower, and I haven’t had any problems with it getting on clothes. I’ll definitely be using it after baby girl comes, and I’m going to look for a bigger bottle when mine runs out!
3. I came across this ‘sisters’ necklace on Instagram, and decided my sister and I need one! We always get each other little gifts, and this will be my treat! Plus, it’s only $10! My sister is always there for me and helps when we need her, so it’s a small token of my appreciation. 
4. These sneakers– I wish you could see my heart eyes right now. I noticed them on my last Target trip, but didn’t buy them because I was too lazy to take off my lace-up flats and find the right size (haha). I’m headed to Target again today, so I’m definitely trying them on and buying them! They’re the perfect pink color and will go with so much for Spring. I don’t own any slip-on sneakers, but the idea sounds great and they’re cute!

Happy Friday, friends! We made it I’m thoroughly enjoying summer break, but our days have been packed and I’m actually looking forward to the weekend and relaxing. We just got back from Lake Tahoe, so this week’s edition is based on that.

I picked up this floppy hat from Target last week in preparation for our vacation to Tahoe. I tried on a bunch of hats and this one was a perfect balance between chic and practical. I also wanted a hat hat would “go” with my bathing suits (ladies, you know what I’m talking about)! I got so much protection from this baby, which is super important to me. I’m trying to keep my skin wrinkle-free and take care of myself.

If you follow me on Instagram (@sheknowschic) then you might have seen the photo of my latest sunglasses finds at Marshall’s. I found this black Steve Madden pair for $10! I love my other expensive sunglasses, but it’s fun to try out new styles, especially at that price. I couldn’t find the exact pair I got, but I did find these Steven Madden sunglasses and I love them, too!

I wore this black long tank from Forever 21 every day down to the beach (similar here). It is the best coverup I own! I love this one from Forever 21 too, and I’ll probably snag it soon. I love the fun back that shows off some skin, but in a way I’m totally comfortable with. Since becoming a mother, my modesty level has skyrocketed.
