ruffle sweater dress (non-maternity here), nude heelsĀ
This weekend was so much fun (and exhausting) as we are getting closer to meeting this little girl! Friday was my last day of work and I’m officially on maternity leave. I seriously don’t know how I made it; it’s been tough just walking around school! Saturday my mom and sister threw us a baby “sprinkle” and all of my family came to celebrate. It was so fun to spend time with all of our family and celebrate our new addition.
My mom and sister did an amazing job with this shower, and I’m so sad I don’t have more pictures to show for it. Everything was every shade of pink and so girly and perfect. That includes the gifts, too! Boy clothes are actually pretty cute, but I am in my element with all of these girly outfits and details!
Of course, I had to wear pink for the shower. This ASOS dress was perfect- when I saw it online I knew it was the one. I love the ruffle details, which are a trend that I’ve been wanting to wear but can’t because none of the sweaters fit my belly. This was so perfect, and the hot pink color combined with the ruffles were so feminine. Perfect for celebrating a baby girl! It would even make a great Valentine’s Day dress for any expecting mamas out there. ASOS has some other great Valentine’s Day dresses that I’m sharing below.
Thanks for stopping by!
